Shipping Policy

Processing time:
Orders placed on working days before 23:59 will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can easily follow your parcel.

Shipping costs:
We always offer free and eco-friendly shipping – regardless of order value or delivery country within the EU.

Delivery Times

• Netherlands: 6–8 working days
• Belgium: 6–8 working days
• Germany: 5–8 working days
• Other EU countries: 4–9 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or public holidays.

International shipping:
At present, we only ship to countries within the EU. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

Delays:
We make every effort to deliver all orders on time. However, customs checks or high demand at shipping providers may result in delays. SEEKTOOL is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Lost or damaged parcels:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@seektool.com and include photos of the damage.
For lost shipments, please first check the tracking information and contact the shipping provider. If the issue remains unresolved, we will of course be happy to assist you.
