Care+ Terms
These terms apply to customers who purchase SEEKTOOL Care+. They are written to be clear and simple, so you can quickly understand what is included.
During the Care+ service period, if your LX360 Pro develops an eligible quality issue under normal use, you can request fast replacement support.
- The device cannot power on properly;
- The laser line cannot display properly;
- The laser line is visibly abnormal or unstable;
- The self-levelling function does not work properly;
- The digital battery display is abnormal;
- Buttons, mode switching or core functions do not work properly;
- Other product quality issues confirmed by our customer support team.
Once confirmed as eligible, we will provide fast, free and hassle-free replacement support. The key benefit of Care+ is: we replace it with a new product instead of making you wait for repair, helping reduce downtime and get you back to normal use sooner.
After purchasing Care+, you will receive one original battery set replacement. During the service period, if a battery issue affects normal use, you can request a replacement battery set.
- The battery cannot charge properly;
- The battery cannot power the device properly;
- The battery drains abnormally and affects normal use;
- Other battery issues confirmed by our customer support team.
Each replacement includes 2 x 4000mAh original batteries, helping maintain reliable runtime and reduce project interruptions.
- Care+ only applies to the SEEKTOOL LX360 Pro main unit and original batteries purchased in the original order, and cannot be transferred to another product or order.
- Care+ fast replacement support only applies to product quality issues that occur under normal use and are confirmed by our customer support team.
- Care+ battery set replacement support can only be used once. Each replacement includes 2 x 4000mAh original batteries.
- Replacement products are usually the same model or an equivalent model.
- If the original model or original batteries are temporarily unavailable, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative.
- Accessories, consumables, packaging materials and cosmetic wear are not covered by Care+ fast replacement support.
- Cosmetic wear includes, but is not limited to, scratches, stains, casing wear, minor scuffs, colour changes and other signs of everyday use.
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect use, severe drops, water ingress, unauthorised disassembly, modification, loss, theft or abnormal use is not covered by Care+ fast replacement support.
- Care+ does not affect the product’s 10-year standard warranty or any consumer rights you may have under local law.
Care+ service requests must be submitted through the SEEKTOOL customer support team.
When applying, please provide your original order details, a description of the product issue, and photos or videos that help us assess the issue. Once the request is confirmed as eligible, we will arrange replacement support for the main unit or original batteries as appropriate.
