Returns & Refunds Policy

At SEEKTOOL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a simple and transparent returns process.

Returns Conditions

• The product must, where possible, be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.
• The return must be registered within 14 days of receiving the order. Once approved, you will have 7 days to send the item back.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

1. Register your return
Please contact our customer service team before returning the product.
Send an email to support@seektool.com with the following details:

• Reason for return
• Order number
• Name and address used for the order

Important: Please do not return the item until you have received our confirmation.

2. Packaging

• Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
• Remove or cover any old shipping labels.
• Make sure the parcel is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
• Include the delivery note.
• Attach the return label clearly on the outside.

3. Send the return

• Drop off the parcel at your nearest post office.
• Keep the proof of postage until the return has been completed.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the parcel reaches us. SEEKTOOL is not liable for incorrectly registered or lost shipments.

4. Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days via the original payment method.
If there are signs of use or transport damage caused by inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to make deductions for any loss in value.

• Please handle and pack the product carefully to avoid damage.
• Returns that are not in their original condition or are poorly packaged may result in additional charges.
